I started my dental journey with them in December, everyone was. Extremely nice and welcoming and helpful. I will add that calling them I never got a response, instead I went and made an appt and learned that most everyone has to go in to make an appt as well . They are overwhelmed with patients. Anyway I highly recommend them !!

I've been calling since last week I keep leaving voicemails I have a urgent matter and no one is answering the phones. I'm starting to wonder how active customers get ahold of them when they have to schedule a reschedule appointment because that's the only way to do it is by calling and they're not even answering

I have been calling everyday and leavingessages for two weeks. I am in extreme pain and qualify for low income but no one will answer the phone or call back. I go on the website and it says to call to make an appointment. I call from the time they open until they close and no one answers the phone. I have a job so I cant miss work to go up there with no appointment. But I am in so much pain they are leaving me with no choice. Which means they are choosing not to help me and make my income lower for their convenience.

Honest question here, and if someone can give me an answer I'd appreciate it. Is this business still operating? Because I've called daily, and left voicemails to try and make an appointment for a new patient and no one answers the phone or calls me back. How do I get in contact with someone?

Okay well I came to this place like once and did ex rays and everything my first time was in March and this sweet lady ms Valerie was helping me and my husband apply for low income and everything I got approved.. so in March was my last visit and over the summer. I tried so many times to get in and Miss Valerie told me to text her every week to see if there’s openings. I left it like that so I made a complaint saying that I was in pain to see the dentist already, and they only saw me because they thought I was in pain so today I requested to work with the same Person to do my teeth because I had a good experience with this dentist doctor they made it into a big deal that every time I come in, I would see another dentist when Valerie told me I would see the same one all the time and today they wanted to pull out two teeth, which is kind of bizarre when it was their fault for not keeping up with my teeth. I try to get appointments back to back and nothing so I went in today and Miss Valerie was playing victim and I got kicked out of the dentist, good place for Dental, but not to be mistreated the way I did today regardless if I had to pay anything or not, people are people and they
